Dr. Ashish P. Sharma

Dr. Ashish P. Sharma received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Christian Dental College in Ludhiana, India in 2004 as well as a Master of Science in Dentistry (Advanced Education in Implant Dentistry) degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2014. Additionally, Dr. Sharma completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2018.

Dr. Sharma has served as full time Assistant Professor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Loma Linda and Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN where he performed extensive and major oral & maxillofacial surgery and advanced implant surgery on patients seeking surgical care. He is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has published in various scientific journal and serves as a Reviewer of the Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

He loves oral surgery and enjoys making patients feel comfortable as they place their trust in his expertise, experience and care. He is passionate about providing excellent care to all patients.

He chooses to work at Precision Oral Surgery & Implants since it provides an opportunity to serve patients in a safe, efficient and caring environment. It also provides him with work-life balance, which he utilizes to spend quality time with his family.

Outside of work, Dr. Sharma enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 year son, hiking, outdoor photography, travelling and playing the guitar and being involved serving people through his church.
